1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing we99 at we99.run, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or using any part of the we99 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location, device, or method of access.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date you first register an account with we99. 2. Eligibility & Registration

We99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may include a copy of a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

We99 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be forfeited. If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered a we99 account, please contact support immediately.

3. Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold only one we99 account. Opening a second account — whether under a different name, different device, or different payment method — is a violation of these terms. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and winnings voided.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your we99 account. This includes all bets placed, all casino games played, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. Sharing your account credentials with any other person is not permitted.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact we99 support immediately. We99 will take reasonable steps to secure your account once notified, but activity that occurred before you reported the issue remains your responsibility.

We99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, for fraudulent purposes, or in any manner that damages the interests of other players or the platform itself.

• Keep your password unique and do not reuse passwords from other websites.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not allow another person to access your account on your behalf.
• Update your contact details promptly if they change so we can reach you when needed.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on we99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We99 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party to deposit into your we99 account, is not permitted. We99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Once a deposit has been submitted and confirmed by the payment provider, it will be credited to your we99 account balance. We99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank clearance times, or network congestion outside of our control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

• We99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.
• We99 may refuse a deposit or place it under review if it triggers our fraud detection systems.
• Funds held in your we99 account do not earn interest.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal page inside your we99 account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and paid back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, wherever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, we99 support will advise on the available alternatives.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, we99 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect against fraud and to confirm that the funds are being returned to the verified account holder. Providing false or misleading information during verification will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

We99 targets fast withdrawal processing but actual transfer times depend on the payment provider involved. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on interbank clearing schedules. We99 will communicate estimated timelines at the point of withdrawal request.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• We99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are significantly larger than a player's typical activity.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not in your own name — will not be processed.
• We99 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard methods, but payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player within the cancellation window shown on the withdrawal page, after which the request is considered final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

We99 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected casino games, cashback offers, and sports betting reload bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be clearly stated at the point the offer is presented to you.

All bonuses on we99 carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be played through before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution rates will be clearly communicated with each individual offer.

We99 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion you would not otherwise be eligible for.

We99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after you have partially met the wagering requirement, we99 will credit any qualifying portion of the bonus fairly, in line with the progress made. Bonuses that have not yet been claimed will simply expire.

7. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on we99 are subject to the specific rules that apply to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules govern how winning bets are settled, how cancelled events are handled, and how disputes are resolved. For sports betting, the rules applicable to each market are accessible within the sportsbook at the time of placing a bet.

We99 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed on an event that has already started or concluded at the time the bet was submitted due to a system error.
• Bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical or human error.
• Bets where there is clear evidence of match manipulation or where the integrity of the event is compromised.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or from a payment method not belonging to the account holder.

For live casino games, the results determined by the dealer and displayed on screen are final. In the rare event of a technical fault during a live game session, the hand or round will be declared void and stakes returned. We99 uses only certified live casino providers whose equipment and dealing procedures are independently monitored.

For slots and RNG-based table games, all outcomes are determined by independently tested random number generator software. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. We99 does not alter the certified RTP of any game supplied by its providers.

Cricket betting on we99 — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, ODI series, and Test cricket involving Pakistan — is governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook. Live in-play bets are accepted up to the point the market is suspended, and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager regardless of subsequent movement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on we99. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment cards, stolen identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate a we99 account.
• Money Laundering: Using we99 to process or disguise illegally obtained funds in any way.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted automated tools, or any software that places bets without direct human action in real time.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in the live casino or poker environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-Fixing Exploitation: Placing bets with prior knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets with the deposited funds.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing we99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11. Limitation of Liability
